Expression of Interest (“EOI”)
Terms and Conditions

I hereby express my interest in purchasing a property within the Development from the Developer, subject to signing the Developer’s standardbooking form, which will constitute an offer to purchase a particular property within the Development. I acknowledge and accept that:

1. This EOI does not constitute any contract, or establish any contractual relationship between myself and the Developer;

2. This EOI does not oblige me to purchase any property in the Development and the Developer has no obligation to sell to me any propertyin the Development;

3. This EOI does not relate to a particular property within the Development and is a general expression of interest relating to theDevelopment and the property type referred to at page 1 of this form;

4. The Developer shall be entitled to reject this EOI at any point and for any reason, without the need for any formal notice,legal proceedings, court order or any other documentation;

5. Any prices or payment terms presented by or discussed with the Developer are subject to change and the Unit Price referred to at page 1of this form may not be final; and

6. This EOl is non-transferable and non-assignable by me and I agree to keep this EOl confidential and shall not disclose its contents to anythird party, other than my legal or financial advisors, or as otherwise required by law.
